Who: us! You! Me! Bring your boyfriend! Bring you girlfriend! Bring your mom! Bring your roommate!! Fun for all ages, sex, and species!
When: This Wednesday night!! 08/13/08 7Ppm-8pm
Where: The Kava lounge, 2nd area.
WHAT:
(In the words of beacon as told to by Zoe-may be different and I probably forgot to include things. BUT this is enough of a general idea, SHOW UP AND SEE WHAT ZOE REALLY HAS IN STORE FOR US!!) Read on!
Zoe will set up a sacred space for us to MOVE, play, run, bounce, stretch, ECT. She will lead us in a movement class and teach us how to utilize our space and be creative with our bodies, thinking outside of the box and breaking limitations! Will be nothing but fun and inspiring. She will also coach us in meditation and breathing exercises…
Cost: Zoe has rented the 2nd space at Kava so we are asking for a suggested donation of 8$ to help her cover the rental cost. BUT IF YOU HAVE NO MONEY OR JUST A FEW BUCKS PLEASE COME ANYWAYS! Zoe would like to break even on the cost of renting the space but she would rather have you in class than not coming because of a ‘no money’ issue)
Why: Because healing your self is important!
Dress comfortable! Because that’s fun too!
