Looking for a room mate to share a lovely town home in South Park. Available July 1st.
$700 for a nice size unfurnished room (11x16) , and bath (I may request to use your tub at night, only a shower in my master bath).
Share utilities, cable.
Jacuzzi and pool in the shared town home area. Full kitchen access and laundry in garage. No storage space, however.
Just a few minutes from 30th Ave the town homes are surrounded by nature, good for canyon hiking.
I am a mellow, energetic Pagan woman, mostly vegetarian, massage therapist with a few other business ventures.
Looking for a Pagan or Pagan friendly person who values and respects privacy (I am very private), mature, clean, reliable with no heavy drama. Spiritual, environmental and health conscious individuals will be most welcome.
No cooking meat or smoking cigarettes inside, please. 420 friendly.
Sorry , no pets, but must be cat friendly, I have one huge alpha male cat who does not play well with other felines.
