Hillcrest is very lucky to have two excellent Thai restaurants, with a third runner-up. Celadon is excellent, but if there is a long wait to be seated (which is often, since they are so small) try Lotus Thai just two blocks south on Fifth Street. As an ace-in-the-hole, Kitima, on University is quite good also and rarely busy. - Terry , posted 03/04/05 |
