Best Performing Songwriter Show in San Diego
The 2nd Thursday of each month is a very special treat for original music enthusiasts in San Diego. NSAI (Nashville Songwriter's Assn. International) holds their singer/songwriter concert series. Hosted by local SD songwriter and political columnist, Bill Farkas (frontman for the band No Parchute), four acoutic acts perform at each showcase. Claire de Lune is the best coffeehouse in san diego. They offer a spacious venue with an intimate feel. They feature a variety of acts, including live music, spoken word, and even bellydancing. The atmosphere is artsy, loungy with sofas and comfy chairs everywhere, and a loft. The coffee, pastries and food are excellent too.
