The Nite Owl is an ever-existing bar with a juke box as interesting as its listeners. It isn't like the dive bars that go through phases of "popularity"--that is, you'll never go on a Saturday nite and find the bar standing room only, packed with rookie drinkers ordering apple martinis with their dates in feather boas and pompous poises. The clientelle are locals, college students (NOT frat boys who whoop), and people who just want to nurse a scotch and beer.
