i have been to the sod a few times and it's always o.k.. sometimes i stumble upon kareoke (i don't know how to spell it) that is most often terrible but the beer is good....cocktails are rather week and if you aren't a regular or a girl it may take a while to get served...as far as the scenery...i like the decor and the patrons are usually friendly - Unsubscribed , posted 11/01/04 |

Best pint of Guinness in town. I spent way too many evenings (and days, gulp!) of my youth in the joint. Lots of local live music and quite an array of local characters frequent this place. It is rather small, so if you are wanting to catch a particular show and want to make sure you get a good seat (like one of the ultra swank booths!), you will need to get there early.
