One of our neighbors gave us the contact info for Top Seal Roofing when we were looking to have our garage re-done in 2003. Tom Gorney (the owner) came personally to do the job and we were impressed with his responsiveness, quality service and pricing. He was so efficient that another neighbor used him the next day!
